Description

Our high quality misting nozzles are the most popular type used in the cooling and humidification industries. They are frequently used for many indoor and outdoor misting system applications where cooling and or humidification is required.

Some of the more popular uses include people and animal cooling, greenhouse humidification, meat and vegetable storage and processing rooms, poultry cooling and more. These particular misting nozzles use a very small amount of water while producing the finest droplets measuring in the 20-100 micron range. They can be operated at pressures as low as 30 PSI or as high as 250 PSI.

All of our misting nozzles include a ½ round stainless steel mesh filter screen. They are available with or without teflon plumbers tape. Our misting nozzles have a 1/8” mpt and can be used with a variety of fitting styles and materials. The misting nozzles are made from acetal, a very durable plastic material that is resistant to a wide range of chemicals.
